Veganist Ordering, Payments & Returns Policy

Orders placed on the Website are processed through Veganist’s system, and payment is collected at the time of purchase. Fulfillment, shipping and returns are handled directly by the Vendor.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items may be excluded from this return policy, such as opened personal care items and custom-made products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days days of receipt of the returned product.
